SUBSTANCE: reels proportioner comprises wheel magazine (12) secured to turn in proportioner housing (1). Said wheel magazine comprises multiple holders (22, 24, 26, 28, 30) of reels extending parallel with wheel magazine shaft (17). Wheel magazine comprises pickup to register if material reel at one of the holder is consumed. Driven latch (9) locks revolution of wheel magazine unless it is fully consumed. At this point said wheel magazine is turned by gravity in first direction.
