FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated installations (injection molding machines, autoclaves, etc.) used in the plastic containers manufacturing using the fused label technology in industrial amounts, invention also relates to film feeding plants for its further processing, at that, under the film it is necessary to understand any thin sheet material, with thickness of not more than 90 micron, consisting of polypropylene, paper, metals (including nonferrous ones), and also combinations thereof. Thin sheet material in the roll or sheet form is installed in the feed section in the form of a pusher or coil, which is driven by a motor, next, the thin sheet material is fed into the die cutting section, where cutting can be done with punch knife, punching counter knife cutter and die, cut with a laser, above the cutting section the thin sheet material outline template plate is arranged, next, separation of the cut, cut-off or cut-out thin sheet material of the desired size from the roll or sheet occurs without joining or storing with other cut thin sheet material workpieces, after which cut workpiece capture and the feed into the mold immediately takes place, to the molded article or to another necessary object. To increase the production capacity, it is possible to place these sections in series, this will allow simultaneous capture of several cut, cut-off or cut-out labels.

EFFECT: invention enables prevention of the films bonding due to the static electricity accumulation, equipment and production process simplification and cost-cutting.
