FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is used to control rate of cardiovascular function in people in process of exercise, including work under water. Device of operational monitoring of heart rate of underwater swimmer contains hydro-baro-resistant belt with mounted inside it high-frequency ECG pulse transmitter and receiving electrodes, as well as corresponding to it receiver with display, for HR monitoring. Receiver is mounted into case of electronic baro0resistant watch. Into belt included is additional receiver with microcontroller, USB port, memory unit, linger, light diode, for generation of light and acoustic pulses, corresponding to each signal of receiver.

EFFECT: application of device will make it possible to increase reliability and functionality of system of control of person's state due to possibility of simultaneous HR monitoring by tested person themselves and external observer in real time mode, as well as due to retrospective evaluation and analysis of person's organism state in process of exercise and in different modes.
