SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device includes main case, at least one needle, which has possibility of telescoping outside with its tip and is provided with holder. Holder, at least, partially accompanies needle telescoping. Element of manual impact realises movement of needle together with holder with respect to main case. Plastic spring element has possibility of movement or hinge rotation and is intended for creation of preliminarily tension under action of element of manual impact. Element of manual impact is made in form of single unit and is connected with curvilinear section of control which has possibility of movement or hinge rotation with respect to main case. Needle holder is connected with curvilinear section of control and has possibility of automatic reciprocal movement under impact of pressure of plastic spring element.
