FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and can be used for objective estimation of appearance of focal response in case of cholioretinitis. Appearance of focal response in case of cholioretinitis is registered by registration of area of chorioretinal focus on eye fundus before carrying out provocation tests by means of scanning laser ophthalmoscopy and registration of change of focus area 48 hours after carrying out provocation tests. If focus area increases 1.3-2.8 times, presence of focal response to introduced allergen is stated.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to objectively estimate and register appearance of focal response in case of chorioretinitis of different etiology, increase reliability of chorioretinitis etiology diagnostics due to registration of change of chorioretinitis focus dimensions and area at the background of provocation tests with introduced allergen.
