FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying fluorescent angiography of eye fundus performed with TV-angiofluorimeter in continuous video film exposure and video recording to observe and record florescent solution distribution in eye vascular system in specific injury focus. Making TV film and synchronously recording time and circulation phases during examination enables hyper- and hypofluorescence phenomena in the specific injury focus to be distinctly distinguished. Hypofluorescence phenomenon at choroid, arterial and early venous phases, initial boundary hyperfluorescence phenomenon at late venous or postvenous stage with following homogeneous accumulation of florescent from peripheral to central part of the focus with hyperfluorescence peak achieved not earlier than in 10 min, with stable hyperfluorescence retained longer than 60 min being observed, tuberculous chorioretinitis is to be diagnosed. EFFECT: early stage detection of the disease; avoided complications and recurrence cases.
