FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used in implantation of intraocular lens (IOL) into capsule sac in case of ectopic crystalline lens. In case when lens equator does not reach 2.5-3.5 mm to optic eye axis on line of crystalline lens displacement, reconstruction of support element is carried out in anterior chamber after bringing one support element and part of optics into capsule sac, second element being brought out of fixation socket, located in butt end optic part of lens, turned 180° around socket axis and brought back into the previous place in socket. In case when crystalline lens equator does not reach less than 2.5 mm to optic eye axis on the line of crystalline lens displacement, reconstruction of support element is performed in anterior chamber after bringing one support element and part of optics into capsule sac. Second support element is brought out of fixation socket, located in butt part of optic part of lens by means of instrument, turned 180° around socket axis and brought into its previous place into socket. During reconstruction optic part of lens is held in immovable state by means of second instrument. After that, lens is completely implanted into sac and reconstructed support element is placed on the opposite side from the zone of defect of zonula Zinni fibres. Value of optics decentration is determined and in correspondence with it dosed dissection of capsule sac equator is made in zone, located perpendicular to vector of crystalline lens displacement from the side of zonula Zinni fibres. After that, lens in centered with respect to optic axis of eye by bringing some lens optics beyond sac in the place of equator dissection.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve high vision acuity, reduce risk of post-operative complications.
