FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and may be applied for the intraocular vision correction in congenital ectopic lens, when an equator of the displaced crystalline lens stops short of an optic axis along the displacement line of the crystalline lens by 3 mm and more. The three-part lens Acrysof is implanted. Only one support element and a portion of the optics are brought under the anterior chamber into the sac, while the second support element is outside the sac behind the iris. A hook is used to raise the anterior capsule slightly within tension fibres of the ligament; when forming the capsulorrhexis, the width of the anterior capsule within the above zone is kept to be equal to 1 mm, the rest of the optics is immersed into the created capsular pocket.
EFFECT: method improves the lens position stability.
