FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology, and can be used in ophthalmic surgical practice of intraocular aphakia correction in case of rupture of absence of posterior capsule of crystalline lens. Conjuctiva is opened on 3 and 9 o'clock, cut of cornea is performed on 12 o'clock. Scleral flaps are formed. After that under one of scleral flaps sharpened hollow guide-needle with radius of curvature 9 mm and length of ¼ of circumference is punctured into sclera 1 mm from limb and its tip is brought out through earlier made corneal cut, after that, fixed polypropylene thread on suture needle is introduced into cavity of guide-needle, then guide-needle together with suture needle and thread is brought out of eye through hole under scleral flap in the place of puncturing-in, thread is fixed to opposite haptic element of IOL in the similar way.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce operation trauma, reduce number of complications and time of its performance and ensures guaranteed fixation of haptic elements of IOL exactly in ciliary sulcus.
