SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and is intended for treatment of obesity and realisation of desirable weight loss or prevention of undesirable weight gain. Applied is telenzepin in combination with at least one antidepressant, selected from group including citalopram, escitalopram, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, paroxetine, sertraline, sibutramine and venlafaxine. Means against obesity can be used additionally. Group of inventions also includes set and pharmaceutical composition, containing said preparations.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to increase efficiency of obesity treatment.
