FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. An inhaler comprises a body accommodating a drug preparation capsule, a body closing tool. The closing tool is movable with respect to the body. The closing tool moving with respect to the body makes the closing tool to be pierced. The device also comprises an air inlet and an air outlet forming an in-between inhalation channel, and a drug capsule container which has a drug capsule chamber; and a turbulence generator in a fluid medium flowing through the chamber so that when used, the turbulence generates the vibration of the capsule placed in the chamber to promote the release of the drug preparation contained in the capsule. The turbulence generator extends along the whole length of the chamber into the upper portion of the chamber. The inhalation channel comprises one or more additional inlets.
EFFECT: facilitated air inhalation by the patient and generation of the vibration of the capsule to facilitate the drug release.
