FIELD: material screening, namely vibration type screening apparatuses.

SUBSTANCE: screening machines have power source and control circuit. Converter is electrically connected with outlet of power source and it is provided with pickup whose outlet is connected to inlet of control circuit. Outlet of control circuit is connected with inlet of power source with possibility of using control circuit signal due to regulation of amplitude of AC voltage for controlling amplitude of screen vibration. Screening methods are realized with used of screening machines. Said methods comprise steps of transmitting power of power source to AC voltage for creating vibration at outlet of converter; amplifying vibration at outlet of converter due to rigidly mounting converter in motion amplifier; providing vibration of screen due to imparting to it amplified vibration caused by rigid mounting of motion amplifier in screen; using part of said converter as pickup; transmitting signal of pickup to control circuit; transmitting control signal of control circuit to power source; using control signal for regulating amplitude or frequency of AC voltage supplied to converter and therefore amplitude or frequency of screen vibration.

EFFECT: reduced cost of maintenance and production losses, lowered noise.
