FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding engineering. Proposed device comprises driven carriage with two levers. Said levers are arranged on carriage top and bottom. Levers may displace along strip weld joint. Replaceable cutters and holders are fitted in tool heads arranged on free ends of said levers. Said tool heads are furnished with throwaway carbide rounded plates. Tool heads are furnished with cutting plate thrust limiters. Said plates are fitted on eccentric axle to be thrust by screw. Levers are furnished with rollers. The latter are arranged on eccentric axles from the cutters.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality.
