FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: substance of the technical solution consists in collection of data by sensors of environment and road surface condition in controlled areas and transfer of this data to a control terminal. The terminal on the basis of analysis of collected data identifies the probability of sleet formation in a controlled area and generates a command to actuators of spray heads for anticipatory application of deicing reagents. At the same time the control terminal, sensors, actuators of spray heads, spray heads and reservoirs with a deicing reagent are placed on board of an aircraft in the form of an airship and/or a helicopter. Aircrafts are placed in initial points of each motor road distance. The reagent contains additions in the form of a granite crumb.

EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness of road bed treatment and accuracy of system actuation.
