FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: Coriolis acceleration flow metre in which at least one flow tube or a pair of flow tubes, which is made in a measuring flow tube, is adapted to control the excitation device using a vibrator for alternating excitation of at least one flow tube or a pair of flow tubes. The phase difference and/or vibration frequency, which is proportional to the Coriolis force acting on at least one flow tube or pair of flow tubes, is detected by a velocity sensor or acceleration sensor which is a sensor for detecting vibrations when at least one flow tube or pair of flow tubes vibrates in order to obtain specific mass flow and/or density of the measured fluid medium. The signal processing apparatus includes: a transmitting device (90) for transmitting and outputting a modulated frequency-domain signal, a frequency conversion module (85) for converting frequency for summation (subtraction) of the output frequency (FX) of the transmitting device (90) with (from) the input frequency from input signals of phase difference and/or vibration frequency, proportional to the Coriolis force acting on the pair of flow tubes, which is detected by an electromagnetic measuring sensor and controlling the transmitting device (90) such that frequency values after frequency conversion are constant; and a module (95) for measuring phase difference between frequency-domain signals converted and output from the frequency conversion module (85).
EFFECT: measurement with constant accuracy and possibility of measuring phase with high filtration efficiency.
