SUBSTANCE: signal processor for Coriolis flow meter comprises at least one flow meter tube or two flow meter tubes. The latter are in turns excited by electrically driven vibrator to make them oscillate. At least phase difference and oscillation frequency varying with Coriolis force acting on at least one flow meter tube or two flow meter tubes are recorded by velocity or acceleration transducers. The latter are used to define mass flow rate and measured fluid density. This device comprises transmitter (90) to transmit modulated frequency-coded signal. Unit (85) converts frequency to add (or subtract) transmitter (90) output signal frequency Fx to (or from) input signal frequency recorded by velocity or acceleration transducer and frequency magnitude shift obtained by frequency converter to constant magnitude.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of measurements.
