SUBSTANCE: first device detects capabilities of the second device. The first device identifies which of the first device and the second device shall perform a control startup image on the basis of at least partially capabilities of the first device and the second device. The first startup image is performed by the first device, when the first device is determined as the one performing the startup image, besides, the second device will be the resource for the first startup image. The first device sends the second startup image stored in the first device to the second device, when the second device is determined as the one performing the startup image, besides, the first device will be the resource for the second startup image.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of selecting a loader for performance of a control startup image.
