SUBSTANCE: method is proposed to charge a payment of a service of a group telephone exchange, as well as a service control device. A call of an extension telephone of the group telephone exchange is initiated by addition of a prefix identifier of a group service before the called number. An intelligent communication network differentiates a called number with a prefix and then considers this call as a group service of payment charging. A service control point displays a list of the called numbers and creates an identifier in the list of the called numbers. A switched terminated call of a telephone station is also perceived as a group service of payment charging. The service control point displays a list of the calling numbers and creates an identifier in the list of the calling numbers.
EFFECT: invention provides a flexible system of payment charging for a call in a communication network.
