FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: capacity of transfer for user equipment (UE) is established by a home NodeB (HNB) in response to noise in an adjacent macrocell. HNB tracks a level of noise in a macrocell from UE, which carries out communication with HNB. The acceptable capacity of transfer for UE is determined by HNB in response to the level of noise. The indicator of capacity transfer is sent from HNB to UE, in order to adjust UE transfer capacity. In some cases noise may be assessed from an indicator of occupancy from a macrocell, and HNB sends a varied version of an occupancy indicator to UE, in order to tune transfer capacity of UE. In other cases HNB assesses losses in a transfer track for UE on the basis of capacity of the received signal from a macrocell and alarms variation of transfer capacity to UE, if required, on the basis of assessed losses in a transfer track.
EFFECT: increased speed of data transfer and reduced noise level.
