FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology and resuscitation. Intracranial pressure is determined before and after introduction of osmodiuretic. Registration of cardiac rhythm variability (CRV) is performed. Heart rate, average value of R-R intervals, ratio of low-frequency and high-frequency constituent, standard deviation of R-R intervals are determined, and their standardisation is performed. Prognostic coefficients F1 and F2 are determined by formulae. If value F1 is larger than value F2, dehydration therapy is estimated as efficient. If value F2 is larger than value F1, dehydration therapy is inefficient. If value F1 is equal to value F2, dehydration therapy is inefficient.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to eliminate invasive intervention, carry out accurate diagnostics, reduce time for estimation of efficiency of carried out dehydration therapy.
