FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to cardiology and pulmonology. Registration of electric cardiogram (ECG) and building of rhythmogram (CRG) are performed. ECG of patient, obtained in bicycle stress examination, is analysed by determining extremums of function of total distribution of cardiointervals of load rhythmogram. Border of aerobic-anaerobic transition is calculated by formula: 1428.25+446 1.99×Min, where Min is duration of cardiointerval in point of minimum, determined between the first and the second maximums of function of distribution of cardiointervals of load CRG.

EFFECT: method simplifies, increases effectiveness, safety and extends arsenal of means for determination of aerobic-anaerobic transition in load testing.
