FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Resection of external cyst wall, curettage of its residual cavity, introduction into it of autotransplant taken from healthy part of the same bone are carried out. In case of small, up to 1/3 of bone diameter, cystic foci only perforation of walls of residual cyst cavity is performed. In case of vast cystic destruction of bone after parietal resection of cyst and curettage of its residual cavity, filling of cyst cavity with haemostatic sponge is carried out.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of trauma, simplification of operation technique and reduction of time for its performance.
