FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing the injured segment with external fixation apparatus. Osteomuscular flap is formed on the healthy bone area to be shifted under control to the injured zone using wire with supporting platform to be attached to external rest members of a perosseous apparatus. The flap has feeding pedicle of sharp-pointed shape which tip is directed towards the pathological focus. After fixing the flap with wire having supporting platform, it is conducted through the pathological focus with longitudinal rotation being concurrently applied. The device has wire which free end is fixed on the external supporting members of the perosseous fixation apparatus. A rod is mounted on the external supporting members of the apparatus. Distraction-rotation mechanism is fixed by means of bushing on the working end of the rod having strip with groove where the threaded rod is set with rotating bushing, check nut and calibrated plate. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 2 cl, 6 dwg
