FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Surgical access is performed. Osteotomy of middle part of foot in projection of neck of talus is performed with sampling of wedge-shaped transplant facing foot rear with its base. Additionally performed is osteotomy of posterior part of calcaneius with sampling of second wedge-shaped transplant facing foot rear with its base. Plantar flexion of foot and its traction in length with possibility of ensuring formation of wedge-shaped cavities with bases facing plantar foot surface are performed. Obtained implants are introduced into respective formed cavities. By means of rear foot flexion reposition and adaptation of transplants are carried out. Fixation of transplants is performed.
EFFECT: method ensures restoration of anatomically and biomechanically correct shape of foot, elimination of development of post-operation complications, reduction of terms for rehabilitation period.
