FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Surgical access is realised. Osteotomy of navicular and cuboid bones of foot is performed. Osteotomy is performed by dissection of bodies of navicular and cuboid bones of foot through their middle. After osteotomy application of apparatus of external fixation is carried out. In post-operative period after 7- 10 days by apparatus of external fixation dosed distraction of foot by 0.5 mm per day is carried out until foot is brought into position of normal correction.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to restore anatomically and biomechanically correct form of foot, exclusion of development of post operational complications.
