FIELD: vibration equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to vibration equipment and can be used in designing industrial vibration installations, in particular installations for sieving, vibration transportation and other operations. Double-rotor vibration plant control device is characterized by the fact that it has two identical electric motors operation control circuits, control device also contains common elements for both circuits: setter of total energy value of double-rotor vibration installation, microcontroller for calculation of control moments, microcontroller for evaluation of total energy of vibration plant. First control circuit, which controls the first electric motor, comprises a first angular velocity sensor intended for installation on the shaft of the first electric motor, first analogue-to-digital converter, also comprises a microcontroller for calculating a control signal to a first electric motor, connected to a first digital-to-analogue converter, output of first angular velocity sensor is connected to first analogue-to-digital converter, the output of which is connected to the first input of the microcontroller for estimating the total energy of the vibration installation, is also connected to the first input of the microcontroller for calculating control moments and the first input of the first microcontroller. Second control circuit, which controls the second electric motor, comprises a second angular velocity sensor intended for installation on the shaft of the second electric motor, second analogue-to-digital converter, also comprises a microcontroller for calculating a control signal to a second electric motor, connected to a second digital-to-analogue converter, output of second angular velocity sensor is connected to second analogue-to-digital converter, output of which is connected to the second input of the microcontroller for estimating the total energy of the vibration unit, is also connected to the second input of the microcontroller for calculating control moments and the first input of the second microcontroller. Device also comprises a sensor of vertical displacements of a platform, on which a bulk medium container of a vibration plant is mounted, connected to a third analogue-to-digital converter, which output is connected to the vibration installation total energy estimation microcontroller third input, output of which is connected to third input of microcontroller for calculating control moments, wherein its fourth input is connected with the output of the setter of total energy of the double-rotor vibration plant.
EFFECT: providing synchronization or multiple synchronization of rotors of a double-rotor vibration installation while maintaining the full energy of the vibration installation at a fixed level (preset level), which makes it possible to enter technologically effective mode of vibrations of load installed on vibration unit.
