FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to methods and devices for production of hollow concrete elements with open end. Proposed method comprises arranging mould defining concrete element peripheral shape with sleeve-like wall around, in fact, horizontal rotary shaft. Mould has first and second end rings, each having inner peripheral section smaller than inner peripheral second of mould wall on appropriate end to define concrete element end surfaces. Said mould is supported by rotary shaft abutting inner peripheral sections of first and second rings so that rotating rotary shaft defines concrete element inner peripheral surface. Method comprises shaft rotation to rotate said mould. It comprises also feed of concrete into rotating mould to solidify therein. Besides, it comprises stopping mould rotation to extract solidified concrete element from said mould. In compliance with this method, mould wall inner perimetre defines element outer shape that varies along and/or radially in rotational direction.
EFFECT: material homogeneity.
