FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of mounting relay equipment on building structures of tower type. Airship with steam lifting force and integrated power plant is equipped with platform for equipment placed on a multifunctional tower. Airship comprises soft body and a complex electric power plant consisting of solar and wind-driven parts of housing. Soft airship hull is assembled from prefabricated segments, outer side of which is isolated and coated with outer safety skin. Flexible photocells of solar part are fixed on outer safety skin. Wind part consists of a through wind channel and rooms-sections. Steam is produced by boiling water using electric heaters in housing compartments. Equipment is placed on platform in room protected from external influence, made from dielectric material. Relay and electric equipment is connected by wires with complex electric power station. Airship is attached to ground through electric winch on concrete foundation and rotating assembly fixture on site equipment.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing number of used equipment.
