SUBSTANCE: proposed machine has working chamber with elastic sealing ring to accommodate locking and pressure balls and levers to act of the latter. Said balls may compress working medium in working chamber formed between fixed locking ball and moving pressure ball and allow exchanging the functions executed by said balls after displacing locking ball via bypass channel in position of locking ball.
EFFECT: stabilised efficiency.
