FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: ratchet gear consists of case, spring and ratchet wheel. Ratchet case has cylindrical bores with ratchet wheel seat and four rounded ledges. Said ledges make regular rectangle. Ratchet spring is fitted along edges of said rectangle. Said spring represents regular rectangle, closed and rounded at angles. Seizure bodies are made up of two teeth arranged on ratchet spring inner side to interact with ratchet wheel teeth. Ratchet wheel represents three-step roller. Regular polygonal hole is made along ratchet wheel axial line to receive torsional spring tensioning key.
EFFECT: optimised tensioning of torsional spring.
