FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: in powder drying batch plant consisting of drying chamber with gas-distributing partition and gaseous heat carrier supply system, the above drying chamber is cylindrical-conical and divided into sections with radial partitions, and cylindrical splitter with cone-shaped tip is installed in its middle part. Heat carrier supply system consists of tray divided together with gas-distributing partition into sections with radial connecting straps, and each section of the tray is equipped with heat carrier supply control and nozzle. On the side of smaller diameter of flattened cone of the drying chamber there is an adapter on which waste heat carrier discharge connection pipe is installed, as well as two trunnions are fastened; the above trunnions are installed in supports so that they can be rotated; one of the trunnions is connected to reversible drive, and the other one has a sleeve with two cams interacting with two transmitters. On the second end face of adapter there fixed is inverse cone with the flange to which a container equipped with unloading valve and wheels is bolted. On container shell there are two diametrically installed bosses; on the trunnion level there fixed on the adapter is support bracket in which there vertically installed is screw with wheel, which interacts with a nut and a yoke that carries two rods with catches interacting with container bosses.

EFFECT: invention will allow avoiding powder carry-over during drying process, provide the averaging of the dried powder portion, increasing the safety during destruction of agglomerates, during loading and unloading when dealing with explosion-hazard powders, for example octogen.
