FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying thermolabile loose materials drying technique using directed moving fluidised bed and can be used in chemical, processing, food and other industries, as well as in agriculture. Fluidized bed drier for thermolabile polydisperse loose materials comprises a vertical housing divided into sections with a through-hole and gas distribution grids, supporting layer of polydisperse material and separating it from gas distribution chamber for drying agent supply. After the discharge opening, the drying chamber is divided by a partition into a height larger than the height of the fluidised bed. Gas distributing chamber has scroll-like shape, said partition is installed in housing with possibility of vertical movement along vertical axis of housing, and gas distribution grid is made with possibility of changing inclination angle of blades.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to organize multi-stage drying process and to control materials stay time.
