SUBSTANCE: novel solution involves performing exploration work at the initial phase of prospecting and evaluation works at search points lying on a spiral path. Potential of the search territory is determined on search areas within a spiral exploration network: trapezia - for Archimedes' spiral; triangles - for a logarithmic spiral; squares - for a Fibonacci spiral.
EFFECT: reduced time and financial expenses on geological prospecting work in conditions of minimum reliability of geologic information on the object under investigation.
