SUBSTANCE: device includes GPS receiver with antenna, time synchronisation unit, radio receiver (RR) with receiving antenna, which includes high frequency amplifier, the first mixer, chirp signal generator, filter of the first intermediate frequency and amplifier of the first intermediate frequency, the second mixer, heterodyne oscillator, filter of the second intermediate frequency and amplifier of the second intermediate frequency; in addition, the device includes analogue-to-digital converter of the second intermediate frequency and multi-stream computer intended for determining optimum working frequencies of ionospheric radio channel as per the data of inclined sounding by processing, calculation and selection of sections of frequencies with minimum error probability and maximum reliability of short-wave radio communication.

EFFECT: possibility of selecting the sections of frequencies of ionospheric radio channel with minimum error probability and maximum reliability of short-wave radio communication for various types of signal.
