FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: disease is simulated by infecting mice 20-25 g by introducing the culture M. Fortuitum, or M.scrofulacaeum, or M. Smegmatis 0.1-0.15 mg. The intrapulmonary infection is ensured by the mycobacteria injection in a diaphragmal lobe of a right lung along an axillary line at depth 5 mm. The infection is performed with underlying alimentary insufficiency enabled by decreasing gradually the amount of valuable granulated food and setting food consumption 4 g a day. Mycobacteriosis is stated to be successful on the 28th day following the infection.

EFFECT: method provides creating an availably model sensitive to atypical forms of tuberculosis, relevant to the most typical way of the onset and development of the disease.
