FIELD: experimental medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves intraperitoneal administration of complex compound of isoniazid and dextran dialdehyde (dextran dialdehyde isonicotinoyl hydrazone) to experimental animals at dose 14 mg/1 kg body mass. Complex compound is synthesized by dextran oxidation with sodium periodate to dextran dialdehyde and reaction is terminated with 100% ethylene glycol followed by stabilization of Schiff's base with sodium boron hydrate in the end product. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment, decreased toxic damage of liver.
