SUBSTANCE: user is connected to a telecommunication service provider by transmitting a content provider identifier in form of a request, the provider sends the dispatcher the identifier together with a reception time mark and/or request place mark and the dispatcher associates: (1) that identifier with the Internet delivery address of the content provider and (2) the time mark and/or place mark with a code. The dispatcher then sends the provider delivery information containing either (1) the Internet delivery address which is directly or indirectly associated with said code, or (2) the Internet delivery address together with said code. The provider sends the user delivery information, data sampling transmission by: (1) selecting the Internet delivery address which is directly or indirectly associated with said code, or (2) accessing the Internet delivery address using any Internet terminal and entering said code, and association, upon reception of the code corresponding to the time mark and/or place mark, by the content provider of that code with data sampling while providing access to data sampling for said user.
EFFECT: enabling the user to anonymously send data over the Internet.
