SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system and method of mobile device activating. System and method can be implemented by means of computing device configured to send a request for activation of mobile device to initiate communication, the request contains unique identifier of target device; unique identifier of mobile device and context information relating to communication; the mobile device is configured to receive request to initiate communication, and after receiving the request syntactically analyses and executes request depending on the nature of communication channel between mobile device and target device.
EFFECT: technical result provides called user with context information and initiates communication using existing network resources.
