SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a stabilised dihydroquercetin solution in the amount of 0.1-30.0 wt %, 2-hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin in the amount of 0.01-25.0 wt %, propylene glycol or glycerol and/or PEG 400 in the amount of 1.0-70.0 wt %, edible organic acid or water-soluble salts thereof in the 0.1-3.0 wt %, carbohydrates in the amount of 0.01-30.0 wt % and distilled water.
EFFECT: invention provides preparing the dihydroquercetin solution for long-term storage.
