FIELD: sports.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a gymnastic inventory, and is intended in particular for training fingers. The case of a fist expander is designed as two frames pivotally contacting each other by means of two oppositely lying sides of the frames and connected, at leas, with one spring. Thereat one contacting pair of the parties of at least one frame is bent in the middle towards one side, except that two pairs of other sides of frames serve as handles, on top of which the cylinders made of flexible material are rotatably mounted, and flexible, at least one half-ring (collar) is mounted on the cylinder surface.

EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of simultaneous exercise of both hands with application of equal force to each of them.
