SUBSTANCE: invention refers to gym facilities and particularly aims at exercises for both hands and body surface massage. The double massaging hand flexor comprises a body with a handle. The body represents a hexagon, while the handle is quadrangular; and the quadrangleis is movable inside the body. Substance of the invention: internal hollows of the body comprise the movable quadrangle handle and at least two springs. On lateral surfaces, there are provided pointed laths on one side, and sharp pyramids on the other side.
EFFECT: provided prevention and elimination of finger muscle fatigue.
