SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, gymnastic implements and is intended, in particular, for training fingers and body massage. Hand expander contains case and ring. Case is made in form of a rectangle inside which rectangular frame is placed. On opposite sides of frame cylinders are installed with possibility of rotating around their axis. Frame is connected with case with, at least, two elastic elements.
EFFECT: efficiency of training both hands.
