FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of tight coating on article surface. Device compressor is connected to loading chamber via evacuation valve. The latter is arranged in evacuation channel. Material feed valve is arranged in material feed channel ahead of loading chamber. Piston has annular ledge and allows split bush to be fitted between piston and cylinder end face. Tightly closed intake vessel is arranged ahead of compressor in evacuation channel. Prior to allying coating, split bush is arranged between piston annular ledge and loading chamber cylinder end face. Material feed valve is closed. Evacuation valve is opened. Compressor is switched on. Evacuation valve is closed after evacuating loading chamber and female die. Then, coating material feed valve is opened to detach split bush. Axial load is applied to piston. Evacuation is terminated when no bubbles are observed in coating material. Process is visually controlled.

EFFECT: high-quality coatings in annular clearances and complex-shape closed cavities.
