FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: quiescent centre of herbal root tissue is cultivated in a medium containing 2,4-D. White undifferentiated tissue is sampled from the cultivated tissue wherein the tissue represents a cell line. Said cell line is characterised by the following facts: it appears to be found in a single-cell state in a suspension culture; its nuclei are morphologically larger than in the cell lines of the same herbal root; it is surrounded by mucilaginous materials; it grows stably and longer as compared to the cell lines of the same herbal root; it shows high viability in cryonics.
EFFECT: invention allows producing the genetically stable cell lines for preparing useful substances with herbal cell cultures.
