FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Method includes obtaining heterologous population of plant cells and obtaining protoplasts from said heterologous population of plant cells. After that, separation of single protoplasts is realised by subjecting protoplast obtaining to flow-cytometric sorting. Then, regeneration of separated single protoplast is realised by joined cultivation in presence of material of feeder cells until microcolony is formed. Obtained microcolonies are separated from material of feeder cells and cultivated until monoclonal line of plant cells is formed.

EFFECT: claimed is method for obtaining monoclonal line of plant cells from heterologous population of plant cells, including the given stages.
