FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to sheet of electro-technical steel that contains steel strip (1) for electro-technical steel sheet and isolating film (2) that is formed on the surface of steel strip (1) and containing metallic phosphate and organic resin. Part of metallic phosphate includes crystal structure of at least one type chosen from the group consisting of cubic system, tetragonal system, hexagonal system and prismatic system. Organic resin contains resin of at least one type chosen from the group consisting of acrylic-based resin, epoxy-based resin and complex polyester resin that has carboxyl group or hydroxylic group on the surface of emulsion particle in quantity from one weight fraction to 50 weight fractions against 100 weight fractions of metallic phosphate. Invention also pertains to method for production of electro-technical steel sheet in which the surface of steel strip is covered by processing solution containing metallic phosphate, organic resin and polyatomic alcohol compound, processing solution is dried with formation of the said isolating film.
EFFECT: obtaining increased thermal conductivity due to provision of proper isolating film.
