FIELD: textiles, paper.
SUBSTANCE: household dryer (1) for linen comprises a drying tank (3) for laundry subject to drying and a heater (4) with a closed circuit for the hot air flow circulation in the drying tank (3). The heater (4) contains a tank (16) containing a given quantity of water, an auxiliary heater (17) for transformation of water in the tank (16) into steam, and a steam-offtaking pipe (18) connected to a recirculating air duct (7) between the condenser (9) and the main heater (10) of the heater (4), to feed the worked-out steam in the tank (16) into the drying tank (3) through the end portion of the recirculating air duct (7).
EFFECT: it enables the creation of household laundry dryer, which steam generator has a softer effect on tissues inside the drying tank, and is cheaper in comparison with the known steam generators.
