SUBSTANCE: heater is designed for circulation of hot air flow in the container for laundry and comprises an air recirculation pipeline connected with both ends to the container for laundry. The heat exchanger is located along the recirculation pipeline and serves to cool the air flow (f) coming from the container for laundry and condensation of the excess moisture contained in the air flow (f). The heat exchanger comprises a reservoir for collection of distilled water produced by condensation of excess moisture contained in the air flow (f) coming from the container for laundry. The heater comprises an electric low pressure boiler, located above the heat exchanger and connected to the recirculation pipeline. The electric pump is located above the reservoir for condensate and is made with the ability to suck the distilled water from the reservoir for condensate and to supply it into the electric boiler. The central control unit is made with the ability to determine steam flow coming from the electric boiler, and to control the electric pump so that the water flow supplied to the electric boiler is substantially equal to the steam flow coming from the electric boiler.
