SUBSTANCE: device comprises a closing element from a waterproof material preventing water ingress into a conduit and its freezing in it, which is arranged in the form of a float valve following the shape of the conduit drain hole section and is installed inside the conduit funnel onto the drain hole of the latter with the possibility to raise it, if water is available in the funnel, and to lower into the initial position, when it is not available, under action of gravity forces.
EFFECT: reduced operational costs.
