FIELD: oil-and-gas production.
SUBSTANCE: wedges are extended inside liner to engage with inner surface after drive arbor is released so that liner is retained in tubular section right around it. In this position, with liner retained in well, lowering mechanism may be lifted to check up disengagement mechanism and returned for cementing. Then, tool is again lifted to release shutter to re-increase pressure for sealing the support produced by arbor action. Breakaway disc of said shutter is split to allow withdrawing the tool. Emergent extraction device is also provided for.
EFFECT: liner retention in well in single trip.
